Usually if you had noticed, the other many other respawns out there reload everything back into memory when its already loaded, so the bodies that are dead are sitting upright as if they were still alive and this is somewhat of a theory of mine. With this it fixes, all the players that were dead when you join the game and are specting, once you respawn with this all the players that were dead stay dead. Also once you start playing and you die somewhere(lets say Market day in the middle of the market for example) you can use this to respawn, it will spawn you back where you died at.
